Terms of Service (draft, effective [YYYY-MM-DD])

Scope. These terms cover the Devalley desktop app, the website (accounts and community) and the Pro subscription (the "Service") provided by [legal entity] ("we").
Accounts. You must be 14 or older. Keep your sign-in methods (GitHub, Google, email) to yourself. The app's free features need no account.
Pro. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle, which is the merchant of record and issues receipts. Taxes and payment fees may be added at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal; Pro stays on until then. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Trial. New accounts get Pro free for 14 days, once per email address. Afterwards Pro features lock; your data stays.
Your content. You keep the rights to the packs, looks, posts and images you upload, and you allow us to store, show and distribute them to run the Service. Public packs are offered to others under the license you choose. Upload only what you made or may redistribute.
Not allowed. Infringing others' rights, spam and ads, harassment, malware, circumventing payment or plan checks, automated bulk requests. We may hide or remove content, limit use or suspend accounts.
Official packs. Pro-only official packs are for the subscriber's personal use and may not be redistributed.
Software. The app is provided as is. We may change or discontinue the Service; if we discontinue it during a paid period, we refund the remainder.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.
Leaving. You can delete your account at any time; its data is removed within 30 days. Posts remain as "deleted user".
Changes. We announce changes on the site and by email 7 days before they take effect.
Law. Korean law applies; disputes go to [court].
