1. Get the installer from Download.
2. On first run the app offers to Connect Claude Code; connected sessions become residents.
3. Other agents (Codex, Gemini CLI, Qwen Code, Copilot CLI) connect at the telegraph office; agents inside WSL connect too.
4. Click the buildings: town hall (journal), notice board (to-dos), mailbox (inbox), market (shop).

The village is free and needs no account. Accounts are for Pro content, sharing and the community.
